Our Plants
Grown locally, seed sourced native species that are strong and thrive into the future.
Phormium cookianum
They can be grown as an informal hedge or windbreak/shelter, and are especially good for ground cover or shelter in windy, coastal conditions. They are also great as specimen plants. The smaller growing species of the two native flax generally available. With attractive gracefully drooping long bright green leaves, this all purpose, low maintenance plant is a great choice for wet or dry, sun or shade, exposed or sheltered. Fantastic food source for native birds.
